On the Home Page itself, click on Edit Profile at left hand side of the page. Use Add CV option to upload your Curriculum Vitae. Ensure the file you upload is in PDG for Doc format.
Yes, you can post your resume absolutely FREE of cost at provides you with the option to search Jobs by City, Job title, Experience, Industry type, Functional Area, Company Name and more advanced filters to find the job as per your custom request.
The recruiters who wish to connect with you or shortlist your profile will show up in your messages list. you can respond to them through "my messages" tab in your profile.
You can check the status of your application through "My Job Application" link in your profile. The link will redirect to a page with list of all jobs that you have applied for with updated status of your application.
You can use "Manage Resume" option in your profile to upload multiple Resume's and Edit your Existing Resume's.
After searching job as per your requirement, you can shortlist jobs that you are interested in using "Add to Favourites" on the job listing page. All the Shortlisted Jobs will show up in " My Favourite Jobs" option in your dashboard.
